Koi in the Hikari-Utserimono group are basically metallic Showa and Utsuri. These are beautiful koi, however one drawback is that the strong metallic lustre can make the colours appear to fade, so that the hi becomes brownish and the sumi grey and blurred.

Kin Showa and Gin Showa
Kin Showa and Gin Showa are both the result of Showa and Ogon crosses. Kin Showa have a golden lustre while Gin Showa are predominately silver.

Gin Shiro: This koi is a metallic shiro Utsuri. The sumi markings on its silver body should form the same patterns as on a Shiro Utsuri.
Kin Ki Utsuri: This is a cross between the Ki Utsuri and the Ogon. These are beautiful koi with bright colors, clear sumi and a metallic gold lustre.
Kin Hi Utsuri: This is a metallic Hi Utsuri, the result of a cross between a Hi Utsuri and an Ogon.
